This type of training facilitates preparation closer to real operational scenarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n From Osakidetza (Basque Country), participants emphasize the importance of the collaborative component: \u201cThese training sessions are important because they allow us to establish relationships, observe the work methods of different departments, and improve the way we communicate.\u201d<\/em>.
